Lancement de la 2ème édition du programme American Leadership Academy
Maroc, le 21 Février 2022 – L’Ambassade des États-Unis au Maroc en partenariat avec l’association Anoual lancent une deuxième édition du programme American Leadership Academy (ALA). Ce programme de formation en leadership vise 35 jeunes Marocains au cours des 5 prochains mois. Le programme démarre par un atelier intensif à Marrakech le 25 février et se clôture par la mise en œuvre, par chaque participant, d’un projet communautaire unique dans leur ville natale à travers le Maroc.
ALA est un programme innovant conçu pour développer les compétences interpersonnelles et le leadership chez les jeunes marocains, en vue d’un changement positif du pays. Grâce à ce programme, les participants développent l’état d’esprit, l’approche et les compétences nécessaires pour être un leader marocain de demain. Ils reçoivent du mentorat et des conseils d’experts pour voir leurs rêves devenir une réalité.
L’ALA travaille avec des mentors de renommée internationale, visant à fournir aux participants l’accompagnement nécessaire à chaque étape du processus, de la formation d’idées, à la communication et la gestion, au renforcement de la communauté, aux négociations financières et juridiques. Cette édition inclut également des formations avec Dr. Deidre Combs, consultante internationale, instructeur, auteur et conférencière qui vient tout droit des États-Unis.
Le weekend de lancement se déroule du 24 au 27 Février à Marrakech, avec la présence de 35 leaders de tout le Maroc. Au programme : Des formations, des ateliers et des séances de travail sur des thèmes variés tels que la gestion de crise, le leadership éthique, le bien-être et les soins personnels…
Cet événement sera aussi l’occasion de fêter la remise des diplômes des 38 participants à la première édition.
Durant les 5 mois suivants, notre nouvelle cohorte bénéficiera d’une formation en ligne et travaillera sur le terrain, sur un projet communautaire dans sa collectivité locale à la suite d’un plan d’engagement communautaire.

Launch of the Second Edition
Morocco, February, 21th 2022 – The U.S. Embassy in Morocco, in cooperation with the Anoual Association, announces the launch of the second edition of the American Leadership Academy (ALA), which will provide leadership training to 35 young Moroccans over the next five months. It starts with an intensive workshop in Marrakech on Feb. 25 and culminates with each participant implementing a unique community project in their hometowns across Morocco.
ALA is an innovative program designed to build the interpersonal and leadership skills that are essential for future agents of positive change in their home communities. Through this program, participants develop the mind-set, approach, and skills necessary to be an emerging leader in Morocco and beyond. They get expert mentorship and guidance in seeing their dreams become a successful reality.
ALA works with global mentors, aiming to provide participants with the necessary support as they design community projects, from ideation, communication and management, to community building and advocacy. This edition will include trainings with Dr. Deidre Combs, an international consultant, instructor, author and speaker coming from the United States.
The opening camp will target 35 leaders from all across the country and will be happening from February 24th to February 27th in Marrakech. This camp includes training, workshops, and working sessions in several themes such as crisis management, connection and change, ethical leadership, wellbeing and self care.
During this weekend, 38 alumni from the first edition of ALA will also be there to celebrate their success and attend their graduation ceremony.
After the opening camp, The new cohort will benefit from an online training and work on a community project in their local communities following a Community Engagement Plan (CEP) for the next 5 months.

إطلاق النسخة الثانية من
برنامج الأكاديمية الأمريكية للريادة
المغرب، 21 فبراير 2022 – أطلقت السفارة الأميركية في المغرب بشراكة مع جمعية أنوال، نسخة ثانية من برنامج الأكاديمية الأمريكية للريادة, برنامج تدريبي لـفائدة 35 شابا مغربيا على طول الأشهر الخمسة القادمة. يبدأ البرنامج بحلقة عمل مكثفة في مدينة مراكش يوم 25 فبراير و ينتهي بتنفيذ كل مشارك لمشروع اجتماعي فريد في مدينته.
يهدف برنامج الأكاديمية الأمريكية للريادة إلى تنمية المهارات القيادية للشباب المغاربة و إحداث تغيير إيجابي في المغرب. من خلال هذا البرنامج، يطور المشاركون المنهجيات والكفاءات اللازمة لكي يكونوا قادة الغد مع فرصة التزود بخلفية متينة في القيادة.
يعمل البرنامج مع مرشدين معروفين دوليا، بهدف دعم الجيل القادم من الشباب المغاربة وتنمية مهاراتهم القيادية. في هذه النسخة المتميز، سيستفيد المشاركون من لقاءات مع الدكتورة ديدري كومبس، مستشارة ومدربة ومؤلفة ومحاضرة دولية ستأتي مباشرة من الولايات المتحدة لتدريب المشاركين.
من المقرر عقد المعسكر التدريبي الأول من 24 إلى 27 فبراير بمدينة مراكش، بحضور 35 مشاركا من جميع أنحاء المغرب. سيستفيدون من تداريب وحلقات عمل في مواضيع مختلفة مثل الأزمات والقيادة الأخلاقية والرعاية الشخصية.
وسيكون هذا الحدث أيضا مناسبة للاحتفال ب 38 خريجا مشاركا في النسخة الأولى.
على مدى خمسة أشهر المقبلة، سيتلقى فوج هذه السنة تدريبا عن بعد وسيعملون على تطوير مشروع إجتماعي في إقليمهم المحلي في إطار خطة المشاركة المجتمعية.
