DigiGirlz Mentorship Program : Le plus grand mouvement de filles en STEM au Maroc
Maroc, le 17 Novembre 2021 – Le programme DigiGirlz vous donne rendez-vous le 19, 20 et 21 Novembre à Hotel Farah Casablanca, pour une célébration de clôture mémorable.
Initié par l’association Anoual, l’ambassade des Etats-Unis au Maroc et Microsoft Maroc, “DigiGirlz Mentorship Program” est une compétition qui vise à encourager les jeunes filles à s’impliquer et à innover dans les domaines de la technologie, le tout en favorisant la transmission et l’entraide.
Lancé au Maroc en 2017, plus de 1000 jeunes filles ont bénéficié du programme. Pour l’édition de 2021, 450 jeunes filles bénéficient du programme, dont 250 lycéennes et 200 étudiantes universitaires, originaires de 21 villes marocaines différentes : Oujda, Taza, El Hoceima, Tanger, Kenitra, Rabat, Mohammedia, Casablanca, Khouribga, Marrakech, Benguerir, Tiznit, Guelmim, Tafraout, Beni Mellal, Settat, Fès, Essaouira, Ouarzazate, Ifrane, Berrechid.
L’objectif de DigiGirlz est de promouvoir l’éducation scientifique chez les filles marocaines, l’égalité entre les sexes, encourager l’enseignement des technologies de l’information et mettre en avant les compétences féminines dans le domaine de la technologie.
Cet événement de célébration a vu la participation de 45 filles, ayant bénéficié de 9 mois de formation en coding (Front-end et back-end), entrepreneuriat et sessions d’inspiration.
Pendant ces 3 jours, les participantes vont pouvoir bénéficier de formations théoriques et d’ateliers pratiques portant sur diverses thématiques : Démarrage technologique d’une startup, planification de carrière, networking et rencontres avec des experts.
À l’issue de ce weekend, les 6 projets présélectionnés vont être soumis au jury pour désigner les gagnantes de cette édition.
“DigiGirlz Mentorship Program accompagne les jeunes filles marocaines dans l’aboutissement de leur projet sur le terrain. Nous sommes tellement fiers et émus d’avoir pu contribuer à ce que de simples idées deviennent des projets structurés. Les femmes marocaines ont beaucoup à dire, il suffit de les épauler.», témoigne Nitza Sola-Rotger, l’attachée culturelle à l’ambassade des Etats-Unis au Maroc.

DigiGirlz Mentorship Program: The biggest movement of girls in STEM in Morocco
Morocco, November, 17th 2021 – The DigiGirlz Mentorship program will take place November 19, 20 and 21 in Casablanca Farah Hotel, for a memorable closing celebration.
Initiated by Anoual Association, the US Embassy in Morocco and Microsoft Morocco, “DigiGirlz Mentorship Program” is a competition that aims to encourage young girls to get involved and innovate in the fields of technology, all while promoting tutoring and mentoring.
Launched in Morocco in 2017, more than 1000 girls benefited from the program. In the 2021 edition of the program, 450 girls are participating in the program, including 250 high school and 200 university students from 21 different Moroccan cities: Oujda, Taza, El Hoceima, Tanger, Kenitra, Rabat, Mohammedia, Casablanca, Khouribga, Marrakech, Benguerir, Tiznit, Guelmim, Tafraout, Beni Mellal, Settat, Fes, Essaouira, Ouarzazate, Ifrane, Berrechid.
DigiGirlz seeks to popularize technological knowledge and encourage female competence. The program promotes scientific education to Moroccan girls, the spirit of entrepreneurship, and gender equality.
This celebration event saw the participation of 45 girls, who benefited from 9 months of training in coding (Front-end and back-end), entrepreneurship and inspiration.
During these 3 days, the participants will benefit from theoretical training and practical workshops on various topics : Technological startup, career planning, networking and meetings with experts.
At the end of this weekend, the 6 final projects will be submitted to the jury to choose the winners of this edition.

برنامج “دي جي غيرلز مونترشيب بروغرام” : أكبر حركة للفتيات في مجال التكنولوجيا والبرمجة بالمغرب
المغرب، 17 نونبر 2021 – مبادرة “دي جي غيرلز” تضرب لكم موعدا أيام 19 و 20 و 21 نونبر في فندق فرح بالدار البيضاء، لحفل ختامي فريد.
من خلال شراكة مميزة بين جمعية أنوال، السفارة الأميركية في المغرب، ومايكروسوفت المغرب، يسعى برنامج “دي جي غيرلز” إلى تدريب الفتيات في مستويات متقدمة في مجال التكنولوجيا بصفة عامة والبرمجة بصفة خاصة.
قد استفاد من هذا البرنامج أكثر من 1000 فتاة منذ أول نسخة في 2017، كما عرف مشاركة 450 فتاة في نسخة 2021، من بينهم 250 تلميذة في الثانوية و200 طالبة جامعية من 21 مدينة من مختلف الجهات المغربية: وجدة ، تازة ، الحسيمة ، طنجة ، القنيطرة ، الرباط ، المحمدية ، الدار البيضاء ، خريبكة ، مراكش ، بن جرير ، تزنيت ، كلميم ، تافراوت ، بني ملال ، سطات ، فاس ، الصويرة ، ورزازات ، إفران ، برشيد.
والهدف من هذا البرنامج هو تعزيز التعليم العلمي بين الفتيات المغربيات، المساواة بين الجنسين، تشجيع تدريس التقنيات الحديثة والبرمجة وإبراز مهارات المرأة في ميدان التكنولوجيا.
شهد هذا الحدث مشاركة 45 فتاتا، تلقين 9 أشهر من التداريب في مجال البرمجة، وتنظيم المشاريع والإلهام.
خلال هذه الأيام 3، سوف تستفيد المشاركات من تدريب نظري وحلقات عمل في مواضيع مختلفة : الشركة و التكنولوجية، التخطيط الوظيفي، التواصل الشبكي، ولقاءات مع خبراء في الميدان. في نهاية هذا الأسبوع، ستقدم المشاريع الستة النهائية أمام لجنة التحكيم لاختيار الفائزين.
