Launch of “Morocco Future Leaders” in Dakhla-Oued Ed-Dahab
In partnership with the U.S. Embassy in Morocco, Association Anoual recently launched the third edition of the Morocco Future Leaders (MFL) program in the region of Dakhla-Oued Ed-Dahab.
“The goal of this outstanding program is to train the next generation of Morocco’s young civic leaders; by strengthening their communications and project management skills, they can become ever more effective community champions. We are excited this year to work for the first time with emerging young leaders from Dakhla-Oued Ed-Dahab. ” said David Greene, the U.S. Embassy’s Charge d’Affaires.
The first training weekend for this year’s cohort will take place on March 5, 6 and 7 in Dakhla. These sessions will provide the participants with a comprehensive introduction to the leadership skills critical to leading people and teams. Davida MacDonald, Cultural Attachee at the U.S. Embassy Morocco, will give a welcome speech at the opening ceremony and accompany these young people during their training.
By the end of the workshop, the participants will have gained a deep understanding of what it means to be an effective leader. They will also learn how to engage youth in civil society and gain an insight into their own natural leadership style which will prepare them for the next stage of their careers.
After a call for applications, Anoual Association selected 20 young leaders from the Dakhla Oued Ed-Dahab region, based on their leadership potential and commitment to their communities.
The MFL participants will also learn to design impactful community projects as part of the program curriculum. At the end of the program, Anoual and the U.S. Embassy will organize a competition with prizes awarded to the most promising ideas.

Premier weekend de formation du programme “Morocco Future Leaders”
En partenariat avec l’ambassade des États-Unis au Maroc, l’Association Anoual a récemment lancé la troisième édition du programme Morocco Future Leaders (MFL) dans la région de Dakhla Oued Eddahab.
« L’objectif du programme MFL est de former la prochaine génération de jeunes leaders et de renforcer leurs compétences en matière de leadership, de communication et d’innovation. Nous sommes très heureux de travailler avec les jeunes leaders de Dakhla Oued Eddahab.» a déclaré David Green, Chargé d’affaires à l’ Ambassade des États-Unis au Maroc.
Le premier weekend aura lieu les 5, 6 et 7 Mars 2021 à Dakhla. Cette formation fournira aux participants une introduction complète sur le leadership et les compétences et qualités associées à la direction des personnes et des équipes.
À l’issue de ce weekend, les participants auront développé leur esprit du leadership à travers des sessions aux thèmes divers tels que : Comment devenir un leader efficace? / Comment engager les jeunes dans la société civile?… 3 jours d’échange et de découverte pour les préparer à la prochaine étape de leur engagement civique.
Après un appel à candidatures, le programme a sélectionné 20 jeunes de la région de Dakhla Oued Eddahab, en fonction de leur potentiel de leadership et de leur engagement envers leurs communautés.
Davida MacDonald, Cultural Affairs Officer à l’ambassade des États-Unis au Maroc, prononcera un discours de bienvenue lors de la cérémonie d’ouverture et accompagnera ces jeunes durant leur aventure.
Les participants bénéficieront de 5 mois de formation pour concevoir des projets pertinents dans le cadre du programme MFL. Les idées prometteuses seront récompensées et accompagnées sur le terrain.

أول أسبوع من التداريب في إطار برنامج “رواد الغد بالمغرب”
أطلقت جمعية أنوال مؤخراً، بشراكة مع السفارة الأميركية في المغرب، النسخة الثالثة من برنامج رواد الغد بالمغرب في جهة الداخلة وادي الذهب.
“يتمثل هدف برنامج رواد الغد بالمغرب في دعم الجيل القادم من الرواد الشباب وتعزيز مهاراتهم القيادية ومعارفهم في مجال الاتصال والابتكار. سنعمل هذه السنة مع شباب الداخلة وادي الذهب “. أعلن ديفيد كرين، المكلف بالأعمال في السفارة الأميركية في المغرب.
في هذا الإطار، سيعقد الأسبوع الأول من التداريب يوم 5 و 6 و 7 مارس 2021 في مدينة الداخلة. ستنمي هذه الدورة المهارات والمعارف القيادية للمشاركين و ستتيح لهم فرصة تطوير علاقاتهم القيادية مع الأفراد والفرق.
بحلول نهاية هذا الأسبوع، سيكون المشاركون قد طوروا من مهاراتهم القيادية من خلال لقاءات تهدف إلى تنمية الصفات التي تجعل من كل واحد فيهم رائدا فعالا و إشراكهم في المجتمع المدني…3 أيام من تبادل المعارف لإعدادهم للمرحلة المقبلة من حياتهم المهنية.
تجب الإشارة إلى أن البرنامج اختار 20 شابا من منطقة الداخلة وادي الذهب، استنادا إلى إمكاناتهم القيادية والتزامهم تجاه مجتمعاتهم المحلية.
ستلقي دفيدا ماكدونالد ,المسؤولة عن الشؤون الثقافية, كلمة في حفل الافتتاح و سترافق الشباب المشاركين خلال 3 أيام.
سيتاح للمشاركين, خلال 5 أشهر من التدريب و التأطير, تصميم مشاريع ذات أثر إجتماعي عالي. وستكافؤ الأفكار ذات الأولوية وتدعم على أرض الواقع.
