Launch of the third Edition of the Morocco Future Leaders (MFL) program
Association Anoual and the U.S. Embassy in Morocco are happy to announce the launch of the third edition of Morocco Future Leaders (MFL) program in the region of Dakhla-Oued Ed-Dahab.
MFL is a training program that aims to train the next generation of young moroccan leaders and strengthen their leadership, communication and innovation skills. The program is designed to help youth build project ideas that would lead to a social impact.
The program will select 20 aspiring young community leaders in Dakhla-Oued Ed-Dahab region, based on their leadership potential and commitment to their communities.
The candidates will participate in a five-month-long training. Five weekends will be organized around specific themes including : Community building and need identification / Design thinking and social innovation / Leadership, marketing and Public Relations/ Fundraising, business modeling and budgeting / Public speaking and communication…
Social innovation competition will be organized at the end of the 5 weekends . Participants will have the opportunity to pitch their projects to a jury who will evaluate their presentations based on the innovation, impact and feasibility. Prizes will be given to promote winning ideas (Financing and mentoring).
Young civil society leader from Dakhla-Oued Ed-Dahab region are invited to apply through Anoual’s and the US Embassy social medias before February 1st.

Lancement de la 3ème édition du programme “Morocco Future Leaders” (MFL)
L’association Anoual et l’Ambassade des Etat-Unis au Maroc sont heureux de vous annoncer le lancement de la 3ème édition du programme “Morocco Future Leaders” (MFL) dans la région Dakhla Oued Eddahab.
MFL est un programme de formation qui vise à accompagner la prochaine génération des jeunes leaders marocains et ainsi renforcer leurs compétences en matière de leadership, de communication et d’innovation. Le programme ambitionne d’aider les jeunes à créer des idées de projets à fort impact social.
MFL offre un regard nouveau sur le monde du leadership. 20 jeunes dirigeants de la région Dakhla-Oued Ed-Dahab seront sélectionnés. Les candidats participeront à cinq formations étalées sur cinq mois. Au programme, entre autres, développement de la communauté et l’identification des besoins / Design thinking et innovation sociale / Leadership, marketing et relations publiques / Collecte de fonds et budgétisation / Communication en public…
À l’issue de ce programme, une compétition d’innovation sociale sera organisée. Les participants auront l’occasion de pitcher leur projet devant un jury de professionnels. Les idées prometteuses seront récompensées financièrement et accompagnées sur le terrain.
Les jeunes leaders et activistes associatifs sont invités à postuler sur les réseaux sociaux de l’association Anoual et de l’Ambassade des Etats Unis au Maroc avant le 1er Février.

À propos de l’Ambassade des États Unis au Maroc : L’ambassade des États-Unis au Maroc travaille avec les jeunes marocains pour sensibiliser à la culture US et ainsi renforcer la relation maroco-américaine.
Plusieurs actions sont menées dans différents domaines dont principalement des programmes d’échange dans les universités et les écoles, la promotion de l’apprentissage de l’anglais et des études aux États-Unis et le soutien des événements culturels et des programmes éducatifs à travers notamment l’octroi de subventions.
تطلق جمعية أنوال والسفارة الأميركية في المغرب الدورة الثالثة من برنامج “رواد الغد بالمغرب” في منطقة الداخلة وادي الذهب.
“رواد الغد بالمغرب” برنامج تدريبي يهدف إلى دعم جيل المستقبل في المغرب، وبالتالي تعزيز مهاراتهم القيادية، الاتصالية والابتكارية. يرغب البرنامج في مساعدة كل مبدع شغوف يكرس نفسه لإيجاد حلول مبتكرة للتحديات الاجتماعية الملحة.
يخلق برنامج “رواد الغد بالمغرب” نضرةً جديدةً لعالم ريادة الأعمال. سيتم اختيار 20 قائدا شابا من منطقة الداخلة وادي الذهب للمشاركة في خمس دورات تدريبية على مدى خمسة أشهر. سيتابع المشاركون من خلالها سلسلة من الدورات التدريبية واللقاءات بغية تنمية مهاراتهم ومعارفهم في عدة مجالات : تطوير المجتمع وتحديد احتياجاته / التفكير التصميمي والابتكار الاجتماعي / القيادة, التسويق والعلاقات العامة / التمويل والميزانية / التواصل…
في نهاية البرنامج، ستنظم مسابقة الابتكار الاجتماعي و سيتاح للمشاركين فرصة عرض أفكارهم أمام لجنة التحكيم لاختيار ومكافأة المشاريع ذات الأولوية.
تجب الاشارة على أن باب الترشيح سيظل مفتوحا عبر الشبكات الاجتماعية إلى غاية 1 فبراير.
